Product Warranty
All physical products sold on our website (embroidered t-shirts, emblems, and other textile items) benefit from the legal 2-year warranty of conformity, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance (OUG) No. 140/2021, applicable exclusively to individual customers (consumers).

What the warranty covers: Hidden manufacturing defects, defects in the textile material or embroidery threads, as well as premature unraveling of seams/embroidery under normal conditions of use and adherence to instructions.

What the warranty DOES NOT cover: Normal wear and tear of the product over time, mechanical damage caused by the customer (snags, cuts), color changes, or damage to the embroidery due to non-compliance with the washing, drying, or ironing instructions provided with the product.

How it is provided: In the event of a non-conformity defect, the customer has the right, free of charge, to product remediation (repair), replacement, or, if these are not possible, a full refund. Proof of purchase is established directly through the tax invoice issued upon order completion.
The digital products sold on this website (embroidery files, guides, electronic patterns) benefit from the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 141/2021. We guarantee that the files are functional, match the website description, and can be downloaded in the specified formats. This warranty does not cover software incompatibilities caused by the use of programs or embroidery machines that do not support the extensions specified on the product page.
Exclusion of the Right of Return: In accordance with art. 16, lit. m of Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium is exempt from the 14-day right of return, provided that the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and after their acknowledgment that they will consequently lose their right of withdrawal. By completing the order and downloading the file, the customer acknowledges and accepts the forfeiture of their right of return.
