Our embroidery files come in an archived zip format. You can open the archive and access the embroidery files by simply double-clicking the zip file (like entering a folder).
For Mac users, double-clicking the zip file will automatically unzip the files.
If you are a PC user, double-clicking the zip file will open a new window which means you are inside the archive. If you want the files to be unzipped, you need to right-click and select the option "extract".
